5-28-25   THOUGHTS

A simple reading today with powerful conclusions for our lives.  Jesus said Matt 5:9  “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.”  We all want “more life”, God promises that to His children.  

Ps 34:11-15    Come, you children, listen to me; I will teach you the fear of the LORD. 12  Who is the man who desires life And loves length of days that he may see good? 13  Keep your tongue from evil And your lips from speaking deceit. 14  Depart from evil and do good; Seek peace and pursue it. 15  The eyes of the LORD are toward the righteous And His ears are open to their cry.

My Prayer:
Father, teach us right thinking, and help us as we seek right living according to Your word.
May we learn to distinguish what to keep, and what to depart from.  May we learn proper discernment.  We praise and honor You, O God of all creation.  Help us to abide in You.  Help us to give You our all, at all times, and in every way.  In Jesus’ name,    Amen
